Clark's Cuts & Kennels

We recently boarded our dog here for the first time and i highly recommend. It was such a nice surprise to find that not only did they take great care of our girl, they bathed her as well. So nice to pick up our baby from the kennel and not have her smell like kennel!

Our pups love this place! The boarding and grooming is stellar. The staff are amazing and the cost is reasonable. Definitely recommend.

A bit disappointed with our grooming. Had our 3 German Shepherds scheduled to be groomed and wanted to have them de-shed. I told the lady when scheduling the appointment that my one girl has a little bit of matting and wanted to get her in asap to get it taken care of as well. Well I picked up our dogs after their first grooming here, our first girl came out with hair flying everywhere and just falling off her, and the mats haven't been touched. They bring our my next and again hairs just falling out. I asked the girl- if they were brushed or de-shed, the gentleman came out and told me he brushed them but didn't de-shed them. In frustration- that's what the entire appointment was for. To help with the shedding!!!Were they bathed? Yes, but the entire point of me scheduling a grooming appointment was for them to be de-shed and the matting to be addressed, which neither were. I'm also unsure if my dogs were muzzled with unproper sized muzzles, or if there was an accident but 2/3 have a rather large bump on their snout. I'm giving 2 stars on account that the staff was nice and the dogs are clean. But I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication with the lady that took our appointment or whatever issue that happened. But after taking them there to be deshed / dematting to which neither happened. I'm annoyed and frustrated. Edit- Added a picture of me simply sitting and brushing out one of my girls

They do a good job of grooming, prices are good. My concern is that everybody comes in at 8:30ish, wait till all dogs are there before they start grooming. Also, they don't take them in order to walk in. Who knows how long they are left in the kennel.

They are very friendly and professional. They take AWESOME care of my Mom's dogs, Nick and Lemon. They do an Amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone! ❤️
