Shampooches Pamper & Playtime

I have nothing but praise for Shampooches. My dogs have always been very well cared for by their staff. I love that the dogs are able to run free and play and are not kennelled for hours, as they get them in and out usually within an hour or two. They have always done an amazing job on my pups and the prices are very reasonable. I have always recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Five stars for our first grooming with Shampooches. We will be back. My dog smells good six days after grooming. I knew I had to write a review 😀. I am so thankful that we finally found a caring groomer. The service was excellent.

Owner needs to learn how to handle things more civilized and composed she yells and screams and is very down talking when there is any type of issue. I hope she treats dogs better than humans the groomer is wonderful I love her but the owner has some deep seeded pain to deal with unfortunately that is not professional in a business setting I have sent many referrals in the past and now will warn of this businesses unprofessional and flat out disgusting behavior yelling at a client in front of another client trying to check in. Very tacky. You are grown. I have missed a few bath appointments I even specifically reminded the owner I have never missed a groom only a bath booked the day of or night before,, that morning since a bath can be booked the same day and I honestly get hives thinking about hopefully the owner isn’t there when I drop of so I don’t call or text but like I have told her in the past since she likes to bring it up I’d love to pay for those I want they girls to get paid for those that wasn’t my intent you honestly gave me hives your so stressful to deal with it’s easier to just get my grooms with you all Also as soon as I received a text my dogs were finished I called my husband unfortunately we both work (most people pick up after work that’s common when I can’t do a day I’m off you have availability) and your time closing is very inconvenient , it’s our bad because we both thought 5 and we are both Human to remind you so we apologize for being human and inconveniencing anyone (which all staff was still there when I got there ) In the end people make mistakes that does not mean as an owner of a business you have any right to yell at someone my staff heard you on the phone. The way you speak is what this review is about I honestly will never respect someone who speaks like that it’s disgusting I’m not the first to have picked up late and won’t be the last that’s business I worked in the dog business for years and people forget and as a human we are meant to be here to be understanding and nice not mean out of the gate. I spoke out about this and someone not knowing who I was talking about asked is it this woman I said yes glad I’m not the only one who’s seen it but also I wish I was I wish I thought the many times this woman has flat out yelled at me for no reason to record her be warned and record it to show on here because it will show exactly what I’m saying

For the groomers, I would give 5 stars. However, the owner ruins the entire experience and doesn't even deserve 1 star. She is rude, condescending and treats staff and customers terribly. She gets angry if she can't comb straight through a doodle and immediately jumps to shaving them. Find a groomer who enjoys their job and doesn't always want to take the easy way out.

Benny came out looking great , location is nice and clean . Kim is great 👍🏽 prices are very reasonable as well . She stayed over the closing time to get my boy looking sharp . Definitely coming back
