Always enjoy taking my boy SammyDog to PetSmart. He loves the place, and the groomers love him as well. I was focused on a new harness that will not choke him when he gets excited seeing another dog and wanting to play. As I am focused on harness, I hear a young lady say, "Hi Sammy, how are you?" Everyone knows Sammy, and I am the guy that walks him. Purchased a new harness and way too many snacks. Sammy loves his snacks. And a stuffed toy that SammyDog wanted. He is like a little kid when he receives a new toy. And, of course, each visit is accompanied by a urine cleanup. Plenty of snacks / treats to choose from, a little limited selection for harnesses and leashes. There is no doubt that we shall return soon.

We had a great experience! I just got a 8month old Goldendoodle who we named Yeti. She had a lot of long hair that was beautiful but to many mats to get out so I opted to shave her and start anew. The staff was so friendly & showed Yeti so much love. Ally did her grooming & did a great job & even gave Yeti her own stuffed Yeti to take home which she loves & is very protective of from our other pups. The staff also helped me make her tag & find a few other big puppy essentials. I definitely would recommend the store, staff, & groomers! Thank you guys!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they could answer all of my questions about the ball python I ended up purchasing. The manager gave me excellent help and even told me I could call and speak to her if I had any questions once we were home with our new pet. I had no trouble getting our new snake to eat and they are very friendly and enjoy being handled. I was nervous about going the pet store route for our first snake, but when I saw this one I knew it was the one we’re supposed to have. Thanks Petsmart Hilton Head!

I found so many great deals. The staff was very helpful. My dog is a border collie weiner dog mix so he is medium but has to get a large to fit his body length. They helped me to pick out the perfect harness.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level and care and knowledge of the salesperson who helped me buy my parakeets. She was an animal lover and had lots of experience with birds of her own. Once I verified that the shelter had no birds to adopt I felt good bringing home bing and bong.
