I had my dog groomed here and they were literally the nicest, most polite people I’ve ever encountered. I came from Savannah because it was the only location that had a time available when I needed it and I would honestly drive all the way back because they were just that night. First, I was late and I called to see if they would still take me and they did which was already nice enough. Second, they had to charge me an express fee (totally fine, I was half an hour late) and they apologized to ME for ME being late. Way too nice. Then it took just about 10 minutes longer than they estimated and they apologized to me again. So so nice! And did a great job.

Stock for fish supplies were low and expensive. Walked the aisles for 20 minutes and none of the staff could be bothered to ask if I needed any help. I wouldn't ever buy fish here as everytime I'm in this store there are always dead fish in the tanks. I counted 13 tanks that had dead, decomposing fish in them and when I mentioned it, nicely, to the man at the counter, he just said, "Yeah, fish aren't my area."

Groomers were TERRIBLE. I took my GSD there came out soaked and I could pull CHUNKS of hair off of her. I usually do it myself but I’m pregnant. Never again. I came home and brushed her again. Could’ve made a whole new dog with the amount of hair that came off of her. Go to a local place if yall decide to take your pets. I was going to but they were booked. Very unhappy

Gabriel at this store was so much help. He had so much product knowledge. I was amazed! He was also so kind and considerate! I will be back!
