Pup in a Tub

Our mini goldendoodle has never looked better!! She was so clean and fluffy when we picked her up and everyone in the salon was so kind and nice. I would definitely take her there again!!

Exceptional service and care. I would highly recommend this company to any large dog owner. My Siberian husky has never looked better at his ripe age of 14 years old. He was so happy at the end of his service smiling ear to ear and his coat is so healthy still a week later. Thank you so much for taking great care of my baby boy. 10 stars.

Wonderful experience for us and the girls. First I got them to their appointment late and forgot their immunization records, yet they worked with us and took our pups in. They worked with me to get them the records. When we came to pick the girls up, they had them out and were playing with them. They had also taken them to go potty! I have never had that experience at any other groomer. The pups were also super adorable after they beautification! So glad we found Pup in. Tub.

We brought our puppies in for thier first haircut. I gave them 2 raggedy mutts & I picked up 2 fluffy angels. My son wants to work there bc the staff seemed like they love the dogs and what they do!

DO NOT take your dog here unless you want to pay twice the amount they state online and not even receive the service you pay for. I took my 15lb dog for a full groom - $50+ is what it states online. I picked her up 4hrs later and was told $90! They brought her out and it appears only gave her a bath and trimmed her face. I was very specific on the length I wanted her body and face and neither of those were followed. Her hair was simply brushed out and fluffed and not cut. I now have to try and get her in somewhere else before going on vacation next week. She was suppose to be cut short for the summer heat in Florida, but nope! I told them I did not want her face long and to cut her beard as I do not like this look and this is exactly how they left her. When I commented about the price stated online the guys response was "no one pays what is online" my response was, than you need to update them and give people the correct price when they drop their dog off! Never will we be back! Oh, also, they asked for immunizations. She doesn't have her bordatella as I do not give her that vaccine. I had the papers on the counter and he took one of her old records and said "oh, here it's is" clearly expired. Edit to add: my dog now has sever scabs inside her ears because they decide to pluck her hair without my consent. These people do not care about the dogs brought into their care.
