Sarah's Grooming

Sarah is wonderful. Our kitty is special needs and although she ended up not being able to bathe him because he was frightened, I appreciate her recognizing how he was feeling and calling us instead of pushing him (and her) through a bath that would have been stressful for everyone. She is even willing to try again with a different method to sedation than the on we tried this time. She is EXTREMELY reasonably priced. I always get a little nervous when I drop my pets off with anyone, but Rachel has proven to be someone that truly does care about your pet and want (and does) what’s best for them. I would trust her with my babies again. I really suggest checking her out if you need a groomer!

20/10 do NOT recommend …. She destroyed my Aussie’s coat ….. he looks butchered!!!!! Her claim was the thickness was too much, as I would disagree …. He’s 14 yrs old and I always let his coat grow before taking him to be groomed…. Pics for insight that this place is absolutely horrendous and I’m absolutely furious with my experience!!!!!

Fantastic personable staff that was great with my dog. They interacted very well with all the dogs I saw them handle. They have been wonderful helping us for 10 years. I drive from Chapin to bring my dog

Our dog Mike had a wonderful experience with Sarah! I took him to get his nails trimmed - she used a nail clipper as well as a dremel based on how long each nail was. The visit was quick and Mike loved her! The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be back; thanks Sarah!

Just took my cat there for a nail trim for the first time. Was in and out in no time! She did an awesome job! Am very happy and will be back! I called first but walk ins are welcome for nail trims!
