Dale's Pets LLC

I have been taking my dogs to Dales Pets for years. They are hands-down fabulous! My dogs actually get excited to go there. They treat each one of them with kindness, and they always look amazing after their grooming. Recommended!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. We moved to Columbia a few months ago with our 5yo male Great Pyrenees who is 100+ pounds. He has a history of severe abuse and neglect (we got him in Dec 2022 and are his 3rd and final home) and is fearful of people. He is terrified of men (except for my boyfriend), loud nosies, fast movements, and especially being somewhere new without me or my boyfriend. So the groomer isn’t exactly his favorite place in general. We tried a different groomer at first, but they didnt listen to our concerns and basically just threw a muzzle on him. So we looked into other places and found Dale’s pets. He’s been there twice and they are great with him. We drop him off for all day so that they can do him in sections as to not overwhelm him. They work within his comfort zone and don’t push him. They havent had to muzzle him and he comes home looking beautiful with a bandana and all. We got another dog last week (6yo male Great Pyrenees-Anatolian Shepherd mix) who was rehomed to us last week. We’re his 4th and final home and when I picked up our GP yesterday, i immediately made our nee dog an appointment because they do such good work. 10/10 recommend to anyone. I am so impressed with the service here! My rescue dog was very nervous, so I was worried about how it would go, but the people here are amazing and took such good care of her. I will 100% be back!

I got my fur baby shaved today, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming to us! I was able to get a same day appointment and baby Lilly looks and feels great! Thank you Dale for taking such gentle care of her! We'll be back. 2 thumbs up!
