Thank you SO MUCH to Allison! We brought our rescued mini bernedoodle in for his first groom since we adopted him. We don’t know what his life was like before we got him, but his fur was filthy and he had some pretty serious mats on his legs that must’ve been really uncomfortable. 😢 Allison took extra time with him to make sure that he was comfortable with her and the whole grooming experience. And she cut him EXACTLY as I was hoping! - Short enough to be comfortable during this oppressive SC heat, but long enough to not look like he’d been skinned! Lol! He looks so handsome! And I know he feels so much better! We’ll definitely be back and we’ll definitely recommend you guys! Thank you again! 😃

Kimmie does such an amazing job! This is my second time taking my puppy and she is really personable and great at her job. I have a mini golden doodle and she’s a bit on the shy side, but she still manages to get her looking great. Highly recommend. Leave a voicemail if they don’t pick up bc they do return calls.

I have taken my dog to be groomed at Paw Metto Pooches consistently for just over a year. The young lady who did the grooming was lovely and did a good job. Unfortunately the person in charge has zero business acumen. As someone who is a business owner and business development consultant, I can not continue to do business with someone who raises prices but doesn't tell you until the service is done, when is short staffed and can not get your pet in for more than 6 weeks does not notify or prioritize regular customers and when I mistakenly had my dog in my schedule on Wednesday instead of Tuesday, called to apologize and reschedule was told I needed to pay a $50 (which is more than 60% of the cost I pay for the grooming) no show charge before they would reschedule, and it would be more than two weeks to get him in. I paid the $50 and let them know I would not be back and what poor service and business this is, and they simply apologized and took the money. Again, as a business owner, I am sensitive to how challenging it is to run a business, and am kind to, patient with and appreciative of other business owners. This sadly is absolutely unacceptable and warrants not going back. Own your weaknesses, learn your business not just your craft and be gracious always.

Today we had an amazing experience with this team of dog professional’s. Cameron took such good care of our Romeo Joe. She was professional, kind and so patient with him. A five star rating is well deserved. We have already scheduled him for his next appointment. Many thanks! 🐾🐶🥰
