I love that I can run him in for a nail cutting! This mother daughter team did a beautiful job on my Buddy♡ They pamper your pet, and make you feel like family ♡ I have already scheduled his next grooming with them.

Love this kennel! We really did some searching for a good kennel to keep our family pets well taken care of while we are away. Phyllis (owner) and staff really care! Great communication, and friendly. It's nice to feel like we have a home, away from home, for our dog.

Phyllis was great! Responded to my worried dog mom email right away. I must say, for being a kennel, no bad dog smells, very clean facility. You can tell they take pride in their work. I could tell by my dog's demeanor when I picked him up that he was okay. He was all groomed and ready to see me. 😍

I rarely write reviews for companies predominantly because I am an extremely busy person. That said, when a Company truly goes above and beyond for their clients, I feel compelled to inform others of the experience so that they can make an informed decision when researching options for the services required. Sarlan provides the utmost professional CX support. They are extremely competitive with regards to cost. If you are someone that is concerned your pet will not be properly cared for, Sarlan is the place for you. The fact that they charge much less than many of their competitors has no bearing on the care, attention and amenities that are provided to the pets they board. I said it once and I will say it again, if you are on the fence when it comes to boarding your pet and you decide to use Sarlan, you can rest easy knowing your furry loved one is being well cared for. I think my Pit was almost disappointed to come home lol. He normally flips out if we leave him for 5 minutes much less 5 days and he looked sad to have to leave his new friends. :)

Love her, always does a nice grooming job with my dog. I never have a problem with him being afraid to go, which I've had at another groomer. I have not boarded my dog at all.
