I cannot say enough great things about Allison. She is absolutely wonderful with our three pugs and treats them as if they were her own family! She takes the time to not only take care of your dogs, but get to know each of them and their own personalities. If you are considering a groomer I highly recommend checking her out. She does a fantastic job and our dogs come home cleaned, refreshed, and smelling of greatness! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Allison not only did a super job grooming both of my dogs, but totally impressed me with how she was able to work with my male havanese mix. He has never been groomed by anyone but myself because of his level of anxiety and fear. He requires sedatives for grooming and vet visits. He is also quite backwards in social situations and takes some time to warm up to most people. I wasn't sure if he would allow her to do anything and even suggested using a soft muzzle when working on his legs -- if she could even get that far. I returned to pick them up and to my surprise, not only were they both beautifully groomed, but they were both completely calm and apparently enjoying their stay. There was no urgency to leave or look of panic in his eyes as I had expected. Highly recommend!!!! Might Allison be the Berks county dog whisperer?!?

WOW! So happy to have my fur baby @ Furry Snippet Pet Salon. Allison is so kind & gental. My girl feels & looks awesome after every visit. Thank you a million & one times Allison for having a shop that gives so much care, love & patients to all our fur people as well as their owners. Your compashion shines while giving my lab/mix care. You're attentive to her needs as you're working with her. You give her security keeping her calm & happy speaking to her through every process. What more could any pet or owner ask for? Your prices are incredible for all you do & give & your shop is clean & brightly shines.

This was the first place we took our puppy to, in which the groomer chatted with us for 30mins before even getting started! She was warm and friendly and seemed to love our little pup like he was her own! She asked what we were looking for in his cut, and really wanted to know what would make us happy to see and no other groomer has done that. When we picked him up he looked absolutely adorable!! We were super pleased and will surely return!!👍🏻😁
