Tina does an amazing job grooming the pups!!! Very reasonably priced, very friendly and treats your fur-babies with kindness and love!!! Highly recommended!!!

Oh my goodness. NEVER AGAIN!! First, the appointment was at 5:00 p.m., then it was changed to 6:00 p.m., I understand things happen. But then we took our French bulldog and our shih Tzu to the establishment. They took The French bulldog in first to get a nail trim and his anal glands expressed which was fine but after an hour of not seeing the shih Tzu , we were wondering what was going on. We walked into the establishment and a huge fan blower was blowing on our precious little puppy who was cowering in the corner in the back. We stormed in and said we will just have our dog now and left. We do not recommend any services from this person or this establishment. We will now go back to our previous groomer who we know and trust that will take care of our animals, not this lady!!!!!

We searched all over the state college area trying to find someone who could cut our golden doodles hair and do it well. They did a phenomenal job. Tina was great with Tucker. Not to mention Tucker knows where he’s going and doesn’t get mad or wines when he knows we are there. They make him feel welcome and they do an outstanding job with cutting his hair. I will recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for being reliable and loving to our pooch!

Tina does a great job with our Maltipoo. He's completely uncooperative at home with any grooming I attempt. So it's a welcomed relief that Tina can do whatever is needed. Plus, she is responsible, reliable, and nice.

Terrible communication. They dont own equipment to handle big animals. Tina asked my boyfriend to help hold our 80 pound dog while she attempted to clip his nails. Then they charged us $20 for the nail trim when I was quoted $13, because our dog wasn't one of their easier clients. The environment was dirty and loud. The nail trim she executed was as if the nails didn't even get clipped.
