This business is the gold standard for both customer service and expertise with all 4 legged friends. The atmosphere is so workable that I would even get on the groomers table for a haircut and jump into the wash tub for a shampoo.

I take 3 of my dogs to Muddy Paws and I love that every time they go she takes care of them on a 1:1 personal basis! They always come home clean, happy & they're so easy to deal with! We love Muddy Paws spa days for our furbabies!

Nothing short of perfection. The team at Muddy Paws did an amazing job grooming my dog. And I love the fact they only take one dog at a time. I’ll definitely go back and would highly recommended.

My brother took my Aussie Doodle to get his hair done, we asked for a wash, blow dry and a cut almost and ENTIRE MONTH in advance. She told him she would contact him if there was anything wrong with his hair that needed to be cut, he wasn’t contacted the entire time, but when he went to pick him up she told him that the hair on his lower back was dead and needed to be cut so it could look better. So instead of letting my brother know that he needed to be cut, she decided she needed to take her next client. Mind you, when he walked in there was another dog ALREADY in the tub. She had more than enough time to reschedule the day so she could have enough time to cut his hair, but she just decided not to do it. She had him before so she knew he was a large dog. And when he went to pick him up all he heard was excuses saying my dog had no table manners, which is NOT true. He has sensitive paws, yes, and you need a bit of patience to do his face, but that does NOT equal bad table manners especially if he just sat and allowed her to bathe and dry him without any fuss. Very disappointing.

I have a long hair german shepard that is 2 and never been to a groomer. They did a great job on him. They shampooed him then blew dried him as they combed him out. They used a shield for his ears since german sheppards are sensative and cut his tail and belly. They are good and gentle and respect yr pet as thier own. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
