I never fail to be impressed by the level of care. Knowledgeable, caring people who explain everything and operate honestly and efficiently. Totally worth the hour drive to ensure my pets are getting the BEST care. My first experience here was in an emergency when my newly adopted cat stopped eating and drinking. Turned out my regular vet had missed the signs of a kidney infection. I cannot describe the kindness and the swift, accurate diagnosis and treatment I experienced. When the receptionist realized I was coming from an hour away, she fit me in as a regular appointment that day so I would not have to pay the extra emergency cost. Last year my senior cat needed a tooth extraction. They gave me a low and high estimate and asked me to pay the low amount before the procedure and I could pay any remaining balance afterward. The total cost ended up being less than the low estimate and I was immediately given a refund of the difference! I have NEVER experienced this level of honesty and transparency at any vet, ever. 10/10 recommend as an emergency vet or to become your regular vet, as they have become mine. So grateful to have found them.

Dr. Karen and the staff is caring and wonderful. I would definitely recommend them. We have been with Dr. Karen since she started her veterinarian journey and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our dog had a sudden and scary seizure on a Saturday and Creature Comforts was the only nearby vet open with a doctor available and standby emergency appointments. The wait was not too terribly long, all things considered, and Dr. Karin and her team took absolutely amazing care of our sweet girl. It was affordable, which you don't usually think of with emergency services! Dr. Karin was absolutely swarmed that day but gave us her attention and kindness despite being so busy. We have a follow-up in 4 weeks for our girl and are happy to return. Thank you to Dr. Karin and the Creature Comforts team for helping us during a very scary time!

I cannot thank the entire staff of Creature Comforts enough for the care that they were able to provide to my sweet rabbit Ellie. They treated her with respect and myself as well. They kept me constantly updated and were honest with their care plan and procedures. Everybody was respectful and I am very thankful they allowed me to be right there with my girl until she passed away. I wholeheartedly recommend Creature Comforts to anybody that may be seeking emergency care for their rabbit.

Dr. Karin always goes above and beyond to help all animals that come in to her practice. When it is my turn, I would want her to spend as much time as possible with my animal, so I appreciate that she doesn't rush you out the door. It is a shame that some pet owners aren't as patient.
