Angela is so kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and non-judgmental! You’ll get more than a nail trim here because it’s all done with love for your pet. Muddy Paws has been helping me get my anxious senior dog’s nails under control and I highly recommend them for all of your pet grooming needs!

I am so happy/relieved/thankful/optimistic about my experience at Muddy Paws. I took my dog there today for his first bath after getting hurt at a local chain groomer/daycare. Angela, the owner, spent time talking to me on the phone about my experience and although she wasn’t accepting new clients, she wanted to schedule an appointment with him because she knew that she would be able to help him feel safe again. That alone gets 5 stars. I wish that I could rate this business 10 stars because she and her staff spent a lot of time with my nervous pup today. She sent a video of his grooming session, talked about her challenges with his nail trimming, but also her goals for the future. Angela truly cares about the emotional and physical well-being of any animal that walks into her doors. I am not only relieved, but excited that I have a safe place locally to send my dog to get the care that he deserves.

The proprietor of this establishment is above and beyond a lady of just plain old fashioned all around good qualities inside and out. I called her this morning 11/26/24 to see my Yorkie, who I believed was having anal gland blockage issues. The owner, although booked for more than a month, immediately told me just to come over and let her take a look...she actually cared about someone else's animal...she quickly expressed the gland ( which was the problem) trimmed his nails and had me out the door in 10 mins...charge..$7...unbelievable I hope this post brings her all the business she can handle...I'll be returning soon for the grooming. This kind of care and quality service is almost impossible to find

Angie & her team at Muddy Paws are top notch. My big husky loves going and he is so totally clean and fluffy afterward! We're in Crafton and it's worth the trip to Castle Shannon. We'll never go anywhere else.
