While looking for a local groomer I found Bianca on google, she was so helpful and considerate of my pups needs during her grooming, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was also so convenient being able to text vaccine papers and ask any questions in advance via text, I will most certainly be taking my little girl here again, definitely the best looking haircut she has ever had! Happy customer! We found Penelope’s Pooches from our daily walks in our neighborhood. Pet smart was booked and I needed a last minute apt so I decided to call Bianca and I’m so glad I did. She got me in right away and this is the best my dog has ever looked coming from a groomer! I’m so happy I found this place! The price is better than big box groomers and she groomed her in half the time then others 10/10 would recommend Bianca!

Bianca is amazing! My girl Ozzi is a bit skittish and easily spooked...a bit "challenging," is probably the way to put it. Bianca was so very nice, calm and patient with my girl. I could not believe how quickly she got her nails clipped and even was able to use the dremel! We already have our next appointment set and I'm looking forward to working up to a full groom.
