Scrub a Pup Pup

I made an appointment to have my two dogs groomed, and everything seemed fine at first. On the day of the appointment, my husband took our dog, but once he got home, the business called to say their groomer had called out sick. Understandable, so they rescheduled for a few days later. However, the new date didn’t work for us, so I tried calling to cancel. The problem is, they stopped answering my calls completely after that! It’s frustrating that they canceled our original appointment but now won’t answer the phone when I try to contact them. I wish them the best, but they seriously need to work on their customer service. Communication is key, and this was a disappointing experience.

Took my dog Izzy in for a bath and trim ahead of the holidays and had a great experience. She smelled fantastic after. The staff were very friendly.

Allison and crew do a great job and you can not beat the price. I drove about 50 minutes to bring her my pups. We first came to her when we lived around the block because we had a dog who could not be crated and had issues else where. They always do a fantastic job and are very friendly and caring. Simply the best.

The appointment was fast and our dog is the cleanest she has ever been. The pricing was very fair and our dog was very happy when I picked her up. They took great care of her.
