Howl We Roll Mobile Pet Grooming

I attempted to use this service a couple years ago and it was so unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled and 20 minutes before my schedule time I get a text telling me that she had showed up at my house 2 hours before my scheduled time and "attempted to knock on my door". We were home at the time and have 2 dogs, if someone had knocked on the door the dogs would have noticed. So she then moved on to other people and wouldn't be able to groom my dogs. So she was able to text me to tell me that she wouldn't be showing up, but she wasn't able to contact me when she showed up 2 hours early...clearly the intent was to skip over the appointment. She offered no apology, she said maybe she could squeeze me in if she finished someone else early...how would I need squeezed in when I had a scheduled appointment time? I would not recommend this service at all, the service and professionalism is beyond poor and not worth what you are paying for the convenience of staying at home.

Howl We Roll is awesome! Christine is such an amazing groomer and her come to your home grooming service is top notch! Tucker, my Golden Retriever is very anxious about getting groomed and no where has been accommodating to his baby needs. Christine was so professional, took her time, made him look adorable and he was at total ease....He smells so good and he’s so proud he looks nice!:) I will call her FORVER here on out. I highly recommend her! This business is incredibly and very, very reasonable! Don’t go somewhere else... she will come to you!

We had an appointment scheduled a month and a half out to get two of my dogs groomed. We received a confirmation text four days prior to today 5/22/2021. I called 30 minutes after our scheduled time 1:00. No answer... sent a text message to their phone and received a response 49 min later. She said that “she somehow double booked this time slot.” Okay that fine, I understand things happen but then she said she couldn’t get me back on her schedule until July 7th. That’s 46 days away! If she were any kind of professional or cared about making things right she would figure something out to resolve her mistake, Instead of just an apology.

I can only say positive things! My dog is scared easily & she deals with him perfectly. He’s smelling & looking great after each visit. Another great thing, she comes to my place with the van. No more waiting! ❤️

Christine was super prompt with email replys and did an awesome job with our cat Jorge!! He loves his hair cut!!
