I know Mary personally, and was thrilled to hear she was starting her own grooming business. I have 2 rescues, a beagle, and beagle mix. They both have been groomed by Mary. The beagle mix has some fear issues. Mary was very understanding, and gentle with him, so he wouldn't become stressed out. She did a wonderful job with both of our boys. She is a very knowledgeable and compassionate person. She puts the health and safety of all the dogs she's been involved with, as her number 1 priority. I have already recommended her to others, and will continue to do so. She is the most loving and compassionate person I have ever met.

Mary was wonderful with our dogs! She is courteous and knowledgeable. One had a skin condition and she used special shampoo and conditioner. Explains everything carefully! Cuts nails very cautiously depending on dog's demeanor. You can tell she loves the animals she's grooming! She is prompt and on time. TailsNTubbies is the best!

Mary is soooooo good with my 2 wiggly Shorkie pups. My girls have very different coat types (thick, fluffy, and curly versus straight, sleek, and silky), but they come out beautifully groomed and fresh every time. They can be very wiggly and squirmy while being groomed, but Mary is so patient and thorough with them. She is well trained and committed to treating each pet with kindness and care. She knows how different breeds and coat types need to be groomed and she customizes grooming as requested by pet owners. My coworker recommended Mary and her mobile service to me and I'm thankful. She's great!!

Mary was very friendly, on time and professional! Our beagle was attacked by another dog when she was a puppy, so she gets all shook up when she’s in unfamiliar surroundings, she’s now also partially blind... Mary was very considerate and took her time to make her feel comfortable! Having this service come to your door was a HUGE plus, and she was on point in following COVID procedures! We’re very pleased with the end results! We already booked our next appointment! Would highly recommend!!!

Mary did a wonderful job with my dog Lila, who is very finicky about her getting her nails trimmed and has some health issues that make grooming a little bit more complicated. Before the visit, she shared with me some of the techniques that she was going to try with Lila based on what I had shared with her, and afterwards reported back honestly about the experience and answered all of my questions. Mary is very clearly invested in being the best groomer that she can be by continuing to expand her knowledge and training (she talks about grooming podcasts excitedly!), and she is loving and careful with every dog in her care. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and look forward to bringing Lila back in a few months for another grooming session.
