I want to start by saying that it had been a while since my dogs had been groomed, but not that long. I brought my Bichon-Poo in and when they asked me how they wanted me to cut I advised a Bichon type cut. My main request however was that he has a very very sensitive tush area and to please whatever you do DON’T shave that area just cut it. Leave it longer if you had to. I had told them of the nightmares I’d had previously from groomers doing that. I was told not a problem they would respect my wishes. They not only shaved it, they cut so close he got razor burn very badly as I had told them. He and I have been up all night long as he is miserable not even Benadryl worked which has in the past. We are both exhausted and he still won’t fall asleep. I don’t think I can recommend this place, and now I have to find somewhere new again. Whoever you were that groomed my dog I’m not sure you should have a license to do such. 1 star product for sure!!! Disappoint first and last time customer.

Absolutely love this place for my pup. They are very reasonably priced( compared to other doggie daycares) and offer half days which are perfect for my work schedule. They are all very friendly and Zeus loves it there!

The Dog Wash and Grooming is absolutely amazing!!! They care so much for the pets they work with. I recommend them to everyone seeking dog daycare or boarding. They are amazing with my dog, and he loves going to daycare and having sleep overs!

I love the service that my dog Spike gets. I have been using them since 2020 when my vet quit offering nail trims during Covid. Spike gets excited when we pull in the lot and the staff treats him well. I highly recommend Dog Wash and Grooming.

Got my very very bashful , fearful and squirmy cat groomed yesterday, and I think the picture speaks for itself. My cat is very happy after the groom, which is a miracle because she's the most hateful creature on this planet. They charged my only $55 for bath,blowout,paw hair cut, nailcut and ear cleaning. They also gave her this beautiful bandana! They also texted and called to remind me of the appointment which I really appreciated.
