Pretty Pets Mobile Grooming

This was the first time using Pretty Pets Mobile Grooming and I was a little hesitant because my dog has never taken to groomers, but he immediately took to the owner and marched right up the ramp and into the bus. I was lucky to find a local service since others don't come to Wintersville area. It was great that my water and electricity were not used as she had a generator for this purpose. She did an excellent job and I would recommend her highly.

So, was scheduled for yesterday in the early morning to have my dog groomed by this company, and even confirmed the evening before with them thru messenger. Low and behold, guess what? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR EVEN CALLED the morning of. Sooo I would NOT 🚫 🚫 🚫 🚫 RECOMMEND this company to anyone! Thank you again for showing me some people just don't know how to operate a business here in WV! Maybe y'all don't really NEED my business?! What a joke! I wasted my time waiting for hours to see if anyone was going to show up or even call but neither happened! I'll just continue to stay with my current groomer ... Just figured I'd give y'all a chance but obviously y'all dropped the ball. So, here is my business review!!! **Update from business reply 03/10... I am the customer and I shouldn't have to call if you knew you were going to be running late or something happened you should have called me if you still wanted the business and try to reschedule or get to me at a later time if I'm available. There's no sweat off my back and no money out of my pocket that you didn't show up I just thought y'all wanted to make MORE business and get a new customer. That's what's called customer service!!!!

First time using her as our groomer, she made the dogs look amazing ! She was quick with each dog (we have 3), she was professional, and she was on time!
