Mel's Paw Spaw

I contacted Mel through the website to request an appointment. The next day she called me and got me in that same day! She was very nice and listened to what I wanted for my old man. He came out looking exactly how I explained. His cut was perfect and he smelled like sugar cookie! She communicated with me every step of the way. The price was very reasonable for her work. I’ll definitely be going back.

We used Mel twice. First time was good Second time I thought at first it went ok. Later that night I noticed lines going across my dogs back & sides. With patches slightly sticking up . So I Googled what would cause harsh lines after a dog has a haircut..it literally said..the groomer using to much pressure over & over due to dull blades! My heart broke. My dog is family. This haircut had to be painful. It's been barely a week! Just look at her! My husband made a review as well & she offered a free touch up! No thank you. Why would I ever let u touch my dog after this? I'm not trying to be mean. Just honest. This happened. I'm sorry.

Mel has been very kind to our dog Napstablook, and we are beyond happy to have found her services! At the beginning of this year, Blooky had to have surgery on both of his hind legs- between being shaved for the operation and all the physical therapy afterwards, his coat was pretty rough, and we realized we needed help. By the time Mel was finished with him, he was a brand-new dog- must have felt so much better after losing all that tangled fluff! We just took him back for a pre-Christmas glow up and he turned out absolutely amazing. Mel is awesome at what she does, and we will definitely be back!

We love Mel!! My Junie is a rescue who's overcoming so many fears. Mel is extremely patient with her and makes Junie look as cute as a button!!

I was very nervous taking my Yorkie, Thanos to a complete stranger to have him Groomed for the first time. But Mel was beyond Amazing! She listened to me and he looks GREAT! I would give her 10 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend her for your pets grooming needs!
