Took my Beagle/Jack Russell mix, Shiloh, for a nail cutting and bath. The place isn't much to look at - clumps of dog hair on the rugs early in the morning, bugs in the lights, stains on the floor. But, Colleen talked to Shiloh the entire time she was cutting her nails and giving her a bath, and she gave me a full report at the end. Prices were reasonable, and it's a woman-owned business. I would bring Shiloh back here again. I decided I don't need spa music and scented candles. I want a person who genuinely cares about my doggie, and Colleen is that. (And she takes really adorable photos of the dogs after she's done!)
Owners are great with both of our dogs. We have an Old English Sheepdog and I know from trying myself she is a pain to fully groom in one sitting, yet after a couple trips Miss Nova runs into to shop to see her excited to be pampered. And our pups are always so happy when we pick them up so we know they are treated like royalty. Great prices, great attention to detail, and some of the nicest people you will meet. Highly recommend. (Pic was after todays bath and nails letting the princess grow her hair out a few weeks)
Colleen is the BEST groomer in the area! Finny looks so handsome today!
