Walgreens

After my experience today and the last couple of times, I feel it's definitely not customer friendly. Well, to people who probably look like me. You don't even get that 'Welcome to Walgreens' greeting anymore. The staff (3 certain individuals) when they're stocking the shelves keep their back to you and if they actually move so you can get by, you get kind of a smirk. Only one cashier has been friendly and helpful to a me and a female manager. Other than them, staff likes to be argumentative and rude and worse. I go there because Clarence prices are sometimes really good and when you use Digital coupons you can get deals, but maybe I'm better off spending my good hard-earned money somewhere else

Omg, talk about customer service. They blew my mind, all of the staff, thanks Tammy for helping me with my FedEx. They even have a credit card

Very pleased with the Walgreens on Arsenal Street in Watertown New York. Matters not if I go in or use the drive-thru, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of the pharmacy drive-thru and use it quite a bit. Any time I have called in my phone to speak to a pharmacist, I saw them have to wait long and even though they are probably incredibly busy, they take the time to answer my question and make me feel important.

Horrible customer services. They didnt even ask me if I needed help and second Walgreens I walked to, today that didnt have straight talk cell phone refillable service cards.Horrible

I called pharmacy to check on a prescription from which I received a text stating when script would be available for pick up; however after speaking to Erin( who by the way was aggressive and rude to me on the phone) was informed my script was not there and she couldn’t believe I had received a confirmation at all. She was not helpful at all. I will do everything I can not to have to deal with this location at all in the future. Unfortunate because I have had excellent service at all other walgreen locations.
