I needed to use the bathroom while at the Watertown store. It was completely disgusting. So gross. There was liquid all over the seat and caked on debris all over the commode. And it smelled like a sewer. Clearly this hadn't been cleaned in months. At this point I would characterize it as a health hazard. If you have an emergency, get to your car and go to the nearest fast food place down the road.

Went in to look at reclining loveseats and were asked by several employees if we needed anything. They were welcoming and when we did finally have questions, the person who helped us was very good! She had knowledge of the product and answered every question and even took us in the back to show us the size of the boxes. In the end we purchased both the matching recliner loveseat and recliner couch! Thank youThank

We went in to see what their furniture was like and were pleasantly surprised! We ended up ordering 2 sets. The young man that helped us out was very professional and helpful.

A big disappointment. It wasn't the same store I had enjoyed going to 5 years ago. Won't waste my time ever again

We bought furniture about 2 weeks ago, and the fella and gal in the furniture department were great. went above and beyond. We ended up buying more furniture than we had planned on, because they were so great to deal with!!!
