Aqua Plus

Just want to say that the owner of the shop, Pamela is such an angel. My experience started when I was crossing into Canada at the international border crossing just north of Watertown. Upon arriving at the border I got told to pull over to secondary to have my vehicle searched by Canadian Customs agents. They found my orchid mantises, which I didn't declare, long story short after over 2 hours, I could enter Canada but my pets couldn't. When I went to US Customs, one of the agents told me of a local shop in Watertown, a mom and pop shop; that no guarantee but maybe they might take care of them for a couple of days? Once I got there, I told Pamela my situation, and she let kindly agreed to watch over them while I was in Canada for a few days. Once I returned, I picked them up, healthy as ever. I also bought some Cory Catfish, and some dubia roaches to feed my mantises. Thank you once again Pamela, bless your heart!

Such a nice little shop! The plants and fish are all in great health, I didn't check out the reptile section but I'm sure the same goes for them. I will definitely be returning

Very nice owners, always willing to help and have a great assortment for all different small creatures from fish to sugar gliders to the food they all eat. I definitely recommend this place if you have any small creatures. Shop local and help out the small businesses in town.

Cool items to choose from but everything is super expensive. They also take very bad care of the mammals in their shop. With their mammals they sell a singular ferret and all the little mammals are placed in pine or cedar bedding (Which can be toxic for them). The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the owners are nice and I like what they have for the fish.

Heard they had a good selection of leopard geckos and beardies as well as fish... and for the most part non of that disappointmented me. But I had also heard they got small animals in and they had very few of them, and outside of the geckos and beardies they didnt have any other reptiles in the store which sucked. **I have chosen to edit my rating and review because the owner's reply actually gave me a chance to hear from them. Im keeping the forst part, but allowing them a better review for good customer serivce, they responded mentioning their current situation and I have decided Ill give them another chance (maybe one when the weather isnt as hot out)
