Today was my first time going to this groomer and I'm very happy. I tried calling a few months ago and I was told that they were not taking new customers, so I was surprised when I got an email back after contacting them on their Website Christmas day. Setup the appointment for the following Saturday (today), and then learned that it is a new management. Glad I reached out to them again. Well, I loved them and I think my baby (dog) too. He wasn't as nervous or mad at me, like he normally is, after going to the groomer lol. He had his treat, he was very calm and went to sleep. All that was good enough for me but he also look great. They did a beautiful job. Perfect cut! We shall be back in a few weeks ! Happy Customer!!
Shampoochie’s customer service is something you just don’t find in other places anymore. They are kind and listen to all your needs. Each person is so nice here and really treat your dog with all the love. Get a full service, you won’t regret it.
This is the best place to bring your dog! I called in hopes to get an appointment and they squeezed me in. It was my first time visiting and they went over the best grooming package and costs with me. They kept me updated the entire time and before I knew it he was ready to be picked up. They are so thorough and gentle. I know I left my dog in great hands. He even came back with a cute scarf! I definitely look forward to coming back soon!
So I'm very particular about my dog Coco because she has unique fur and I want it cut a certain way. After reading the reviews, I took my baby to Shampoochie to see how they'd do and I was so happy with the result! My baby looks good and was very pleased with the job they gave her. Happy dog mama
The original owners were awesome and always did a good job with my very nervous, but little, dog. The new owners are easy to make an appointment with, which is nice, and I had one previous okay experience with them, where they knew he was nervous, but still insisted that they could do it without a muzzle. They also accommodated me when I showed up a little early. This most recent time, when I booked just a nail trim, not a grinding-knowing that sets him off. I reminded her that he doesn’t like having his nails trimmed done, but that they were able to do it without a muzzle last time. She was nice, and said they would do it that same way this time. She brought him back and came back out. While my dog was back there, they muzzled him. (The original owners always muzzled him, and I’m fine with that. But don’t tell me you’re not going to muzzle him and then do it anyway.) I also heard the groomer yell that my dog was “reacting for no reason.” He didn’t display the attitude of a person I want interacting with my dog. The owner eventually went back and held my dog for the groomer. When my dog was returned to me, she informed me that they tried to grind his nails and he didn’t like it-which I already knew, (hence, booking a trim only), and which probably made my dog more upset than he already was. They also said the nails were already really short, (it had been almost 3 months since his last trim, so they needed some trimming). When I got home. I realized some of his nails had not even been touched. Maybe it was just a bad groomer this time, because the owner seems nice and good with dogs, but I don’t know if I’ll return based on today’s experience.
