I have watched prices for kitten,cat,puppy and dog vaccines at tractor supply sky rocket in price from $8.49-$10.99 to a whopping $16.99-$18.99 now since Covid inflation began. Tractor supply appears to be the highest priced marked now within a wide verity of market chains. I went in today to buy a little of kittens shots(had my cooler in the car to keep them good and cold) when I went a few months ago I was told in the same store by an employee to come in next time and price match if I find them marked retail cheaper than tractor supply and price match, so I did the research this time since (Tractor supply claims to price match!! However before I went in I had the proof screen shot on my phone and the site and the info about their policy at hand on my phone just in case, and yes!!! An employee did try to argue with me about the price matching. She stated they do not price match “on-line”, I stated Yes you do, and I pulled out my proof of a statement that is clearing written, so then she tried to say they only price match online to places like Walmart-or their own online store.. NO Not true. She tried to say that the store I was price matching with was a third party store (Its not) they do not allow other party sales to sell on their site, but actually Walmart is a third party store now as they also allow other stores to sell on their website and In the store also, just as eBay and Amazon are third party online stores. Anyway the clerk lady decided in the end that “She would allow the price match this”ONE TIME”.. I honestly believe more training should be given to employees about price matching.. I also think that tractor supply should re-lower their immunizations back down to the original retail prices instead of inflating the prices higher than other market chains.

Just had the most wonderful experience with staff, two staff members helped me without issue and one helped me fit a large item in my car for a few minutes. That was unexpected.

Being a veteran and on cruches on long walks to stay off my foot right know seeing a parking sign for veterans is huge but this store stepped up and asked me what I need help with. They didn't just help they carried my stuff for me. I mean from shelf to cashier and I asked for a bag to make it easier to carry out that young kid looks at me not missing a beat "I will carry it out for you." Tractor Supply " Thank You

I have been a long customer of the endicott location Today(July 5th 2024) I walked in with my wife and pick up what I need Got to the register ,the cashier (sophie) i think did not even greet us or asked us if we found all what were looking for ,not a word,she rang us up and took the money ,did not even say thank you or have a good day I came back to purchase 6 chick's to add to the ones I already have I aproshed the same cashier and ask her if she can help She replied, that ,it will be a long wait until she can ,keep in mind ,no one was around and no one cashing out I asked why? She replied ,quote (I am by my self here ,I said we'll maybe you should call for some help to help a customer ,she replied, oh well Unprofessional and rude ,I have businesses in the southern tier and will never hire someone with that kind of attitude
