PetSmart Grooming

I want to file a complaint about the poor service regarding my dog. The grooming was left unfinished, with an uneven cut, dirty ears, and some parts longer than others. They then asked me to come back a week later. I specifically told them the time they gave me was in the afternoon, but today they said the appointment was actually in the morning. Now they are offering me another appointment, but this is such a headache as if I have nothing else to do. Truly unprofessional people. I do not recommend them at all. The lack of professionalism is terrible, and the worst part is that I paid for this service. It’s awful. I’ve used PetSmart in different cities because we travel a lot, but the Pet smart Plattsburgh location is definitely not one I would recommend. Truly incompetent people. What I saw were people who had just finished a dog grooming course, without experience or an experienced supervisor who controlled the work. I don't recommend it. I have to pay again to fix my dog's cut.

First time my dog went to a grooming place other than her usual groomers and she did well! Her haircut was great, looked amazing, smelt amazing, and they helped make sure my dog was comfortable.
