First time visiting the spa with our two puppies. Kaylee and her staff did an excellent job grooming. They really do care about their work. You can see it a mile away. It’s just a happy place to go to.

Purchased two gift cards for charity and the process was quick and easy. The customer service representative even checked the cards afterward to ensure the money was on there.

The store carries verity of pet food brands. It is clean and bright. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately will never be returning to this PetSmart. My dog is a pitbull and a previous shelter dog who is very sweet but gets nervous with nail clipping. I told them this on the phone and that he may need muzzling. They said they would put a cone on him. Once in store they did not muzzle/cone him and he tried bitting the groomer so they did not finish the appointment. When I asked why they didn’t try muzzling him like I said, they said they were not comfortable with this ( when I know from prior experience petsmart does muzzle animals) and that they knew about his past as a shelter dog. They recommended having him sedated for nail clipping. Very frustrated with their service, seems like they are stereotyping my animal based off his breed and it’s very upsetting. They could have easily muzzled him like I asked. Will be taking him to my prior groomer from now on who knows how to handle animals appropriately.

Had purchased some flea medication for my animals (monthly treatment before winter if you will) so I had a lot of items and some had 2 of said items and because of that the Employee had accidentally mixed one of the display packs in with the actual packs that has the treatment in it.. I got home and realized.. and yes I forgot to call and yes it had been a little bit but still.. but I haven’t been in the store since that purchase.. and had walked right up to the register.. and they accuse me of stealing it.. I’m actually kind of upset about it.. short $45 and accused of stealing.. great way to start the day..
