Very happy to have had Maddie my goldendoodle groomed here. Nicky took her time and was kind and patient . Excellent job.

I’ve had nothing but good experience when brining my dog here, and he can be a menace when it comes to baths and his nails. I also accidentally showed up a week early by my own mistake, and they squeezed me in anyway! Everyone is so nice, can’t recommend them enough!

The quality of care was absolutely out of this world! Our 90 lb pitbull rescue was treated with care, dignity, and respect. We were in and out quickly with the highest quality results! Thank you Mary and Kelly for creating an atmosphere where we can trust he will only get the best!

We brought our babe Maggie Mae here today for a haircut, bath and her nails done they are absolutely amazing. We will definitely bring her back again

I would consider Kelly and her team the best groomers in the Plattsburgh area. I live 6 hours away, but will schedule grooming and nail trims if I am coming to town because they are the best I have found. Kelly is infinitely patient with my dogs and did a wonderful job very carefully trimming nails for my senior GSD with mobility challenges. She took great care so that it was never uncomfortable for her and so that she had a good experience. I have continued bringing my younger dogs to her and she does an excellent job with them as well. I have had challenges with other groomers not managing the dogs in the space because they are trying to do too many at a time. Kelly’s team does a great job managing the environment so it is safe and as low stress as possible. I make sure to reach out as far in advance as possible to make sure that my dogs can get in as I don’t like to take them anywhere else.
