Deb has amazing customer service. I had a brand new mini hand held chain saw and the blade fell off. Despite several attempts from family and neighbors, we were all unsuccessful. Deb worked on it and figured out how to properly put the chain back on! I haven't had a problem with it since then! Kudos to Deb!!

Sometimes you have a problem that needs a little "Adirondack Engineering" to solve, there is not a straight forward solution to your problem. Jason is excellent at helping you find the solution and it's amazing what can be found in the store inventory. If you need it, they got it most every time! Keep up the good work, Jason!

I was greeted as I walked into store and was asked if I needed help. I told her the part I was looking for, she took me to the section, found the appropriate part, opened the package to make sure it fit properly, I paid and was on my way. A+ service!
