Hoochie Poochie Mobile Grooming

Honestly, the best bath my dog has ever gotten and I regret not grooming him sooner with Hoochie Poochie. Michelle is super kind and patient and tended to my dogs needs. I was extremely happy with the results of his nail trim and the cleaning of his ears. The best part of all is the Bow and the cleanliness of his fur. We have used Hoochie Poochie for at least the past two years and faithfully had our dogs groomed every 6 weeks. The appointments had a arrival window of a hour early to a hour later for arrival from your appointment time. We had a few times where they canceled due to emergencies and we didn’t mind. This last time they just never showed at the end of March. I had reached out to them and still have yet to receive response back til this day. I am very upset they would ghost a client. I would definitely not recommend because that is very unprofessional.

They do great work here. The biggest issue I have with this mobile grooming service is they take days before they respond to your text message or phone call to book an appointment. If they had a better communication system I would have given them five stars. And one other thing I noticed that’s a problem for me is that this mobile grooming service happens to service all the dogs in my cul de sac so it seems that they make my appointments based on the days when they have appointments for the other dogs in my area, which is another problem for me. If I have somewhere to go and I need my dog groomed on a certain day I should not have to wait for the entire neighborhood to be scheduled as well to receive service. But other than that my Maltese looked bright and clean after her bath and cut. Michelle does excellent work and she’s really professional and polite as well. When they upgrade their contacting methods I’ll start referring their service to my friends.

I only have good things to say about this mobile pet grooming service so far. I've used their services three times and all three times they had great communication, timely, exceptional quality cleaning for my dog and they're all just really nice people! Most important to me was the extra care they gave to my senior lab-mix. Truly means the world to me. Thank you!
