I can’t say enough good things about the Latham NY Petsmart. Today was the day that pets could visit with Santa and the set up that they had there was so nice. The staff were wonderful! The staff throughout the whole store is wonderful and the store is very clean and well organized. Thank you to everyone who did the Santa thing today and to all the other the other staff. My little dog, Emery was thrilled.
A great store. It is very easy to find what I need for my senior Cat. The employees always acknowledge me and ask if they can provide any help. The store is also very clean and organized every time I go. I highly recommend this place for your fur family
Madison at this petsmart immediately decided before touching my dog that she wouldn’t be giving him a bath and brush. He was visibly a bit stressed, which is normal for him being that he is a German shepherd, and the first thing she said is “I don’t think I’ll be able to see him today”. He was not acting mean or aggressive in any way when she made this determination. He had a small sore from a cyst that popped a few days prior, leaving some dried blood around the fur, which led to her confirming she wouldn’t see him. My dog has a history of Hot spots/ cysts which I treat. I let the groomers know and they typically just stay away from the area. But, this girl had no intention of working with me. She told me that she can reschedule us or we can go elsewhere. I said we will just go somewhere else because she was being incredibly rude and unwilling to work with us.
Should be -5 stars .. 25-30 per box. Which means all together approximately 50-60 crickets. All together in two boxes there is 8 alive and ten smashed up dead crickets. This is why I go to mom and pop shops
Just had my betta’s aquarium replaced! I purchased a topfin aquarium last December 2022 until it leaked May 2023. I just ask a staff, his name was Nick to help us find the receipt in my account (mobile no) since I don’t have the original receipt anymore and if there’s a warranty. We didn’t find it coz it’s only showing the last two months. But he still helped us, told us to bring the damaged to replace or store credit. We had the aquarium replaced in no time. Thank you so much Nick for such a wonderful costumer service and to the rest of PetSmart Latham staff thats always been helpful to our pet’s need. Highly recommended branch!
