The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need for my pets—from food and toys to grooming supplies. But what truly made my visit stand out was the exceptional training services offered by Andrew. Andrew is a fantastic trainer who really knows his stuff. I brought in my dog for a basic obedience class, and he made the experience so enjoyable and informative. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain each exercise and why it was important for my dog’s development. Andrew creates such a positive environment for both pets and owners, and I can see a huge improvement in my dog’s behavior already!

I freaking love this place. I showed up around 8:45 PM. The lady who was working there was helping some other folks out with the fish they were getting, so I had to wait. No problem on my part. There were lots of other things to check out, and the cashier was very friendly and professional. She kept apologizing about the wait but was so friendly and courteous. I would SERIOUSLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for someone for their fur baby or feather baby.

Had a great experience at the Latham Petco location. Very happy with the experience there. The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me make my purchase not only pleasant but informative as well. Highly recommended.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Love that they USUALLY have most items in stock, although there seems to be a disconnect between their actual inventory and the app, but it's not always a problem. I love coming here with my dog, she enjoys getting compliments and attention from the store staff, whom tend to be very courteous; however, there is a girl that works there that needs a lesson in proper hygiene and although she's very nice, she makes me want to run out of the store puking. We can't enjoy the shopping experience at all when she's there and I can't be the only one to have smelled her from a distance. I'm really hoping management does something about that soon, otherwise, I'm switching to Petsmart, which is even closer to me, so i really am going out of my way to shop there and have to deal with a horrible case of B.O. whenever she's there.

I recently started a saltwater aquarium, and this Petco had the best deals on fish around, but it seems like every time I walk into the store. I’m automatically profiled as if I’m stealing and I spent hundreds of dollars in there and even leave donations. The first time I came in there I was followed as I was looking around the store by the woman with poor hygiene and another older woman, the the woman with poor hygiene was very delightful. She was pleasant. The older lady was rude and disrespectful and any questions. I asked she did have an answer for today I came in there today to buy more fish as I hesitated to myself because I know they treat me like I’m stealing so I figured give them another chance today I went there, and the manager had a nasty attitude when I was nothing but kind to her. I am behooved that everyone in that store chases the fish around with no net. The only one in the store who shouldn’t be fired is the young lady who has bad hygiene besides that everyone should be let go because they are disrespectful and treat Black people as if they’re thieves.
