Best Pals Pet Grooming

I finally found the right place to bring my boy JED , I don't know why it took me this long to find Best Pals they did the best job on him after all these years of doing it myself I couldn't be happier.

Always patients and does an excellent job with my old pup..

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good groomer where my pup can feel comfortable as he tends to be skiddish. When i returned to pick him up, the staff was slightly rude, asking me if i ever get him groomed (he gets groomed every 2-3 months). She said she asked because he doesn't handle grooming very well. A week later i realized they had cut my baby and didn't tell me about it. There are scabs under both his arms, one cut looks like it was pretty deep. I wouldn't be so angry if they had told me about it, mistakes happen. My search for a good groomer in the Hyde Park area continues as i will not be bringing him back to best pals.

My parents dogs, my grand mothers dog and my dog (even before he was mine) have been going to Best Pals years. We are all always happy with how our animals look. (sheep dog, mut, poodle, and Pomeranian) I work for a company that also has grooming but I still recommend her shop to every one i meet away from the job. Her prices are great and she is super sweet and does a great job.

Melissa has taken care of two of my dogs and done the best job I have ever seen.
