The Perfect Paw

We have a very large dog that is nervous of everything, but he does great here because the people are very genuine and nice. We have been bringing him here for about a year and a half and happy every time we come. We appreciate everything you do?

We're so relieved and grateful to have found such a wonderful groomer for our senior pup. They take such good care of him, he always looks great, and they're extremely friendly. We wouldn't take him anywhere else!!

I brought my pup Winston to the Perfect Paw for the first time last week and I could not be more pleased with Sam! Winston was well overdue for a groom and Sam took her time to ensure he turned out great, I still can’t believe how good he turned out!! I also was very pleased with the communication through the whole appointment, we will definitely be back!!

My dad took our Frenchie here yesterday to get his nails trimmed and filed. We were so impressed with the professionalism in dealing with our rambunctious little terror and the end result was absolutely beautiful. We have not had the same level of meticulous work in other places. We will be coming again! Marvelous job, guys!

I have only been in Syracuse for about a year now but this place has been a great relief. Before Syracuse my pup has had horrible grooming experiences where past groomers have clipped him which in turn resulted in him being anxious and reactive towards those groomers. It was so bad I couldn’t even get him through a groomers front door. I have an American Cocker Spaniel who we occasionally let go long so when it comes to haircuts I get very anxious. The groomers have been amazing about being patient with him and at every pick up all I hear is about how well he did throughout the entire session which puts me at ease! They also listen about the type of cut, length, &c which is amazing bc I love keeping some fur and length on some parts and not others. Pics of my chino pre and post groom!
