Today was our first experience at Shampoodle and to say I am thrilled with the results would be an understatement! Wilbur is an 18 month old, 100lb doodle mix whose last experience with a groomer wasn’t favorable. Wilbur’s appointment was scheduled with Sammy, their kind demeanor and interest in his experience with them was felt immediately when we entered the salon. Sammy took the time to listen to any concerns or requests I had with Wilbur. When leaving, Sammy assured me Wilbur was in good hands and I felt at ease. I was updated midway though his appointment on timing when he would be completed. I picked Wilbur up and he was beautifully groomed, happy and comfortable with the staff and other pups at the salon! I am thrilled with the experience both myself and my pup received at the hands of Sammy. I highly recommend booking your next appointment with Shampoodle, especially Sammy if you’re looking for a fantastic grooming experience!

Today was my dog's first day!💜 Just moved from my apartment where I had a bathtub into a house with only a stand-alone shower. I made the decision to go to this very clean, organized facility & it was Easy! First come, first serve service. 5 rooms with little gates, they provided with a smock for the owner, Fresh towels & other necessities for properly washing your dog. Love that the temp & pressure of water were adjustable! My dog is VERY well behaved for bath time. It was easy getting her to walk up the ramp, into the tub where she could be "tied in." So she wouldn't jump out. 🤣 Shes been previously blow dryer trained. The blowers they use were powerful and helped release ALOT of excess fur. Love that! It was under 20 bucks, the staff was friendly & informative. I believe I found our new spot for "Doggie Spa Dayz!" 😊

Great place! Safe, clean, excellent staff, great location (easy parking and not congested) and my dog likes it, too! Sabrina is super and caring. Highly recommend!

Great place. I have husky mixes with 2 coats (3if you count mine) and the do a great job of reducing the shed factor with the FURMINATOR.

The staff was very friendly from the very beginning getting us all set up. They provide you shampoo and conditioner a nice brush to scrub while you're shampooing. The spray on the hose worked well for a dog with long fur and a pretty tight undercoat. There is a clip to hold the dog but it's almost too short I think I'll bring my own next time. They provided towels and we had even forgotten our hair brush which they loaned us super nice! There's even a hair dryer that you can use and it's definitely strong enough to dry the hair very well that's if your dog's not afraid of it. We definitely will come back again thank you very much for the nice facilities!
