Tractor Supply Co.

I'm not sure what they're putting in the water at the Tractor Supply in Cortland, but the two female employees working on Dec 27th were two of the nicest employees I think I've ever came across in any store. They deserve a raise for their helpful attitudes alone.

The place is fine and everybody wants to help. The problem is if you buy something there as we have such as log splitter, chainsaws, lawn mowers but when you go back for parts we get told they don't carry them or we can order off line or we can go to Ithaca or Binghamton. If we bought them in Cortland we expect to get parts in Cortland. Its assanine when we need parts and nothing available. Don't sell items that you can't supply parts for.

Jackie is an amazing, kind hearted employee and deserves a raise and every ounce of recognition she can get! I went in today with a sleeping baby in my arms to pick up feed for the week and Jackie went out of her way to offer assistance as soon as she saw me with the baby. She loaded my feed bags onto my cart, pushed my cart to checkout for me, then walked me to my car and loaded the feed bags for me so I wouldn’t have to struggle multi tasking with a sleeping baby in my arms and handling 5 of 40 pound feed bags. I am so incredibly grateful she took those 10 minutes out of her day to do that, because it may have only been a mere fraction of her day, but her kindness changed my entire day. Thank you so much, Jackie.

We were in the store for the first time this evening and will definitely go again. The store was very clean and well organized and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had what I needed at a reasonable price. The cashier was pleasant and helpful.
