ScrubADub Dog Grooming

My 15 yr old golden Captain had his first appointment with Scrubadub grooming yesterday and they did a fantastic job. He felt so good after his grooming he had so much energy. It was so great to have such wonderful people help us. He loved his new friends. Thank you Scrubadub grooming.

Made an appointment check the dog in for a full grooming they claim they bathe they cleaned all the ears nails over charged $110 For a 12 lb shih tzu. They claim they charged by the size of the dog God help anybody that brings in a Shepherd or something 3 days later my dog was acting up I hurried out and took her to the vet the vet tolooked in the ears and they were inflamed the hair was loaded in the years that she had her pull it all out cost me $280 for somebody that was supposed to clean the dogs and never did what they said they were going to do very disappointed in this place

This is the first time we've use a mobile grooming service and we were extremely pleased with the service we received from ScrubADub Dog Grooming. Bethany was prompt with responding and thoroughly explained the different services they offer both at their salon and with their mobile bus. She was able to work us in quickly into their schedule which was great since our pups desperately needed their nails clipped. It turned out Katie and Natalie, their mobile groomers, were running a bit behind schedule but Bethany notified well ahead of time and kept me up to date. I'm all about being informed and setting expectations so there was no issue with this. Our dogs have been by our side, literally, for 2 years now (thanks covid) so we were a bit concerned if they had any issues being led off by strangers. Katie and Natalie were kind and patient so we knew our pups were in good hands. Katie was sure to give us feedback on how they did and recapped all the services they provided. We opted for the full bath service (required for a mobile visit) for our boy, Marlow, and a smaller bundle of services (nails, ears, teeth, clipping of paw fur) for Sookie. Both came back to us without stress and seemed as happy as can be. They're looking forward to their next day at the 'spa'! PS: While Marlo got a rainbow tie, he wants everyone to know that he's really quite the Lady's Man! He just wears that in support of his two dads ;)

I am consistently impressed with the service and professionalism at Scrub-a-Dub. The shop is clean and Dawn and her team are always so meticulous with both of my Goldendoodles. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service. They know our dogs’ personalities and put them at ease during grooming. And our dogs like the snazzy ties they go home with!
