I’ve had bc some good experiences and some bad. Most recently I had to reschedule an appointment because I wasn’t able to make my original time and when I asked for a female groomer, because my dog is better with women, the person on the phone sounded very annoyed. I was then contacted the morning of my appointment to be told that the groomer had called out sick and my appointment needed to be rescheduled again. I didn’t mind this, but during this phone call I learned that I had been scheduled with a male groomer after specifically asking for a female one.
I’ve been going there for about a year. Inconsistent customer service. Some wonderful groomers while others can be curt and do less work. My dog was still wet on the last visit. My last appointment was canceled on me and the rep called me with a frustrated tone and didn’t try to accommodate me with different groomers. I just cancelled and she quickly hung up. Looking elsewhere.
Take both pets there Daisy and Sadie Lynn they are also ensure through Banfield hospital. They do a very good job and examining and have great ideas for your I would recommend it to anyone I also buy my food there and litter. And whatever else I need for my pets.
Had a wonderful first time experience with Amanda as our groomer! She was so sweet to my two anxious pups, and she did a wonderful job with their winter cuts. I live closer to Saratoga, but would absolutely travel back to Clifton Park for her!
I used to use this salon regularly, but recently I was very disappointed recently I came to my appt and was checked in then I was asked if my dog had any moles on his skin and yes he does and has always had them and it has never been a problem because they are very small however the person who was supposed to do the service stated that he could not do the service because it made her feel uncomfortable. When I booked my appointment no one told me that dogs cannot have moles on their skin and that the regulations have changed. especially since I go to this salon regularly and no one has ever had a problem with it. I had the impression that the person I had the appt with just did not want to do the service. That day I called the salon in Seratoga Springs NY and what a difference not only was my dog trimmed without a problem but he was also trimmed as short as possible. in seratoga there is always great service, my dog is praised, where in clifton park I always get negative feedback about my dog.
