The service here is absolutely amazing! My dog loves coming here and always gets excited the moment we arrive. The staff is so friendly and caring, making the experience stress-free for both pets and owners. Every time I pick up my dog, he looks great and smells fantastic! They really pay attention to detail and treat the animals with such kindness. This has quickly become my go-to spot for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am extremely disappointed in this grooming salon. I have been taking Bella and Scruffy, our rescue, to this salon for quite some time. I have Never missed an appointment and I drive all the way from Gasport. Today due to being 20 minutes late, in the middle of winter, driving 40 minutes from Gasport, They refused to take her. I have been a very loyal client, tipped well and am in shock they would treat a dedicated client this way. I have cancelled all future appointments for our babies and luckily found a salon willing to take Bella on such short notice.

First time ever taking any of my dogs to a groomer, and the staff were fantastic!! My husky was overly excited and hard to calm down, but they were so patient with him! These are true professionals, and very reasonably priced. My Shag man looks like a million bucks! Thank you :)

They did an amazing job!!!! We have a 13 year old dog who hates getting cut and can never find somewhere to take him. They worked with us and our puppy and he looks amazing!! We will never go anywhere else! They are so kind and caring and we are so grateful!
