Ruff Riders Pet Grooming

New in town and took our senior girl for a much needed bath and nail trim. Called Saturday morning and they got her in the same afternoon - WHAAA?? She came out happy, silky and smelling WONDERFULLY CLEAN!! So thankful they took SUCH great care of our normally anxious girl! Very reasonably priced, too! Thank you, Ruff Riders!

I've been searching for a new groomer for about 2 years. I haven't felt comfortable until I came to Ruff Riders. They were so welcoming, and even had my pup on a leash waiting when I arrived, rather than couped up somewhere, unseen. He also had the best cut yet!! Most groomers hardly cut his nails, but I was so thrilled with the thorough cut and how "quiet" his nails were. Thank you Ruff Riders!

We searched and found reputable groomers for our young dog. Ruff Riders was recommended and we were very happy with with how they groomed our type of breed. A grooming appointment was made approximately 1 1/2 weeks prior to our given appointment day and time. An hour before our appointment, the owner called my wife to cancel our appointment, and explained that a customer brought in 2 dogs, rather than the one that had the appointment. They took the additional dog, and canceled our appointment. Since when is it acceptable to dismiss a customer due to another customer entitled add to the already tight schedule? I would have been understanding if we were cancelled due to fatigue, closing early, behind in schedule. But for the reason that was explained, showed us that our loyalty as a customer isn’t valued.

I take my senior dog here for nail trims. Brittany and her team are wonderful. She's easy to communicate/schedule with and takes great care of my senior pup (yes, pup), while he's there. And he's significantly less bothered by her cutting his nails than me!
