More like Not Callin’ Customers Back. Read all the reviews, obviously a trend with this company. Unresponsive after doing exactly what they ask for by texting them and just no response at all. It would be hilarious if they respond to this comment instead of a text for business.
Like most of the reviews, one of the issues with this company is their communication. Unfortunately, we didn’t get responses within the 48 hours as posted on their site. With that being said, we were very happy with the services provided. The van arrived on time as scheduled, and our golden lab Cooper had a great time with Gina. He absolutely loved her and was so happy when he was finished. The pricing was very reasonable, and overall it was very convenient. Cooper doesn’t do well with other dogs, so this was a great way to get him groomed without the hassle. I look forward to our next appointment.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity for my pup to receive their services, but not for the lack of trying various ways with multiple attempts. This company has instructions on its website to call, email, or text to make an appointment, disclaiming that a reply will be given within 48hrs or less; this is entirely understandable but downright further from the truth. After my desperate final attempt in reaching them (a text that was very informative about their promises displayed on the website), I did receive the most condescending unprofessional response via email from the one I sent them 5 days earlier (that's 120hrs and a text later.) And like their previous replies to these reviews, I too have screenshots and proof of their correspondence and website information. I told them thanks for finally responding, but I’d be taking my business elsewhere. *UPDATE* Your timeline is missing information. You seem to have forgotten to mention that we had also called about a month prior to having sent a text message to state the email was never followed up on. We left a voicemail with our information that was never responded to. I also thanked you for your reply back and wished you well about your health even though I'm taking my business elsewhere. Your health has nothing to do with this decision, and I truly do wish you well; this was based solely in part on the lack of communication on your part. Thanks.
The groomer we had was great her name is Kelly. She was on time and our dog looked well groomed after each session. The reason for 2 stars…is that our groomer left the business and we were never notified. We had grooming appointments for the next 6 months. The morning of our dog’s appointment we noticed the groomer was late so we sent her a text. She responded about and hour or so later letting us know she was no longer with the company. We then reached out to the business number and never received a response. I would love to recommend this business but I can’t recommend a business that doesn’t value their clients (we never missed an appointment in the year or so we’ve been a client).
