I am ver disappointed to be leaving this less than 5 star review. I am grateful for the convenience of ordering through the app and having the order ready for me when I get there. This is only a convenience if the order is correct. I have had my husband pick it up for me while I am doing chores. This is the third order in a row that has been an issue and the Claremont store offered to fix it without hesitation. I’m sure they’ll fix this issue when I call them tomorrow however, messed up orders is just a major headache and extremely inconvenient. I ordered and paid for Nutrena All Flock feed and my order was filled with Dumor brand. In addition, I purchased 4, 15 pound hanging feeders and was provided with only 2 hangers. I don’t understand how these kinds of errors can happen. I highly recommend that folks using the online ordering option to verify their order before leaving the store.
Went get my pup his rabies but no vet today. Chewie had fun sniffing the treat aisle anyway. Always a great place. Except... There are mites everywhere in that place and Runnings too.
James was on the cash register doing check out and was very knowledgeable of the store and pleasant to deal with
Today we purchused a beautiful chiminea and I wanted to personally thank Jeff the store manager, Val and Janna for helping us in getting it assembed and to our home safely .They went above and beyond to make a happy customer when online ordering and rewards for free delivery were not working properly . They did whatever it took to make a very happy customer , not something a lot of businesses do these days . I will continue to shop there knowing I will be taken care of .
Had a great experience a few weeks ago. Manager David during a busy day helped me at the same time multi tasking with other issues in the store. Super easy to work with and will make this location my go to going forward.
