Extremely happy to find a pet smart. Employees very helpful n nice. They fitted my little escape artist with a halter he couldn't get out of!!! YEA!!! Also found a nice n varied supply of the dog food I feed my furry friend, glad to see that. Not to far from home, so very pleased 😀.

My girl Holly had a 12pm appointment with Sarah at petsmart in Wilson. I dropped her off at 12 explain her being particularly blind in her left eye. They Thank me for telling them. I left and got a call 2 hours later saying her appointment was canceled due to Sarah going to lunch and her car put her down. Which is understandable because life happens. But 2 hours with no service not even a wash. Had my girl just sitting there. What was the purpose of my 12pm if in 2 hours she wasn't going to get any service. I am very disappointed....

Where's the experience I ever had in my life? Very Rude people. I had my dogs in the groomer. I asked to take a doggy bed out to my truck to make sure it would fit which I have done numerous times from numerous petsmarts was told me it was a store policy. Which I know better and was rude about it. About Every six months I buy a new doggy bed. I usually go to petsmart once in a while Petco. This time I had to go to tractor supply. They had no problem, leaving My doggy Well I checked the doggy bag to see if it fit

The young ladies at the Wilson Petsmart were wonderful! Lady looked beautiful when done, and it didn't take long! She seemed very comfortable with them. They did a great job!!
