Show Quality Grooming & Spa

The first time I came here, I took one of my dogs to Show Quality Grooming and my other dog somewhere else to kind of compare the two places and each place only had one opening that day. I love Show Quality and will always take my dogs here. I live on the other side of town but it's worth the drive. I believe it's family owned and you can tell they really care about their clients. They recently informed me that one of my dogs had dead fleas on them and whatever flea protection I was using is working. That is very reassuring considering I checked my dog over for fleas a few days prior and didn't see anything on her. So they were able to find what I couldn't. I love the bows they put on the ears. All over great place and highly recommend

My dog Summer loves Ms.Nicole. Marvin always has a treat for her. Summer is cut perfectly and she feels soft and looks good. She enjoys her spa days. Ms. Nicole has been grooming her for over 8 years now. I can't thank her enough for how she takes care of her. Best is when we go back, summer's tale is wagging away with a smile. Makes me feel comfortable. ☺️

From the beginning to end was such an amazing experience!!! With Nicole and her husband!!! Super sweet!!!! And they did exactly what I wanted!!! Today was our puppy’s first time getting groomed! As soon as he bought her out the door, my heart was so happy I couldn’t stop laughing and smiling!! My kids were so excited and thought they did an awesome job!! Thanks guys!! We are so amazed!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

These were, by far, the worst excuses for groomers that I have ever encountered in 50 plus years!!! They were rude, belligerent, and liars who stole my money!! I never had one groomer in eight years ever say my dogs were difficult to groom let alone not be able to groom or cut nails, express anal glands, or pluck ears!! In addition to his bullying and lying, he refused to answer the phone or let me wait inside!!! The price quoted was $70 per dog and even with the complete lack of professionalism and an incomplete and incompetent job, they decided to double their price to $140 per dog!!!! They had poor hygiene, dirty floors, and inability to handle two dogs in under 10 hours. Run, don’t walk, if you ever receive email or regular mail from this disreputable grooming debacle!!
