Animal House Pet Spa

I would not recommend this business. I took my cat to get a lion cut and my cat has been shakey and trembling for 2 days. And she is growling in pain. And she was not that way when I brought her in. I feel like the owner of Animal House is unloving and uncaring and more concerned about making the buck. I think she got rough with my kitty. And then she charged me an extra 50.00 because she said my cat scratched her!!! Thats a lot of money to me for a cat scratch. The original price quote was 100.00. I would never go there again. When kitty had her lion cut last year the loving tech said my kitty was so good.

Michelle and the entire staff at Animal House Pet Spa gave excellent care and love to my little dog, Andy. I had to get him groomed somewhere else once, and there is no comparison. There is a big difference between cutting hair and grooming, and Michelle and company know how to groom as well as really care for their pup clients! I am moving away, and will miss them terribly! Been going to her for 10 years. We have 5 chihuahuas. They love michelle and so do we. She always does a great job. Would not trust my babies with anyone else.

Called to ask about having my dog groomed here because they are the most local to us. A sassy woman told me they are booked until infinity and aren't taking new clients. Hope you keep your current clients because you're not getting my new business.

They treated my pet as if she was their own!!! Love love love this place!!! Kookie is a little difficult when it comes to separation anxiety from me and they were true champs :) Not only was her cut amazingly adorable but she didn't seem stressed out! Which is a task in itself. Michelle is talented and was so easy to talk to as well :) Thanks again!!! Will be back!
