The Pet Puddle

Wow! I have shown dogs for 30 years and have had the chance to visit many dog grooming shops. This shop is the most pet friendly place I've ever seen. The people are very concerned about your dogs and what is best for them. They have worked me in at the last minute many times because of my schedule. I happen to be at the shop as a very matted dog come in and was there when the people picked up the dog as I picked up my dog. It was a completely different dog. Any one would be happy after a visit to the Pet Puddle.

We brought our shih tzu puppy for a first time grooming. Sam was awesome. She made our girl look so pretty. I could finally see her eyes!! Very happy amazing service!!!

My dog Pixie which is a Maltese was groomed beautifully the first visit here. The second visit was horrible. They cut her nipple and shaved her back legs and a third of her back. She is brushed daily and they claimed she was matted which was not at all true. Someone screwed up. They said to let them know if her nipple becomes infected and still charged full price. My mom took her because I have to work but I would not have paid being that there is damage from clippers that have been used on numerous dogs. Pixie may not ever recover being that she cries now if going for a car ride in fear that her nipple might be cut again. I'm extremely upset.

Phillip always does an excellent job! I took my Coton to him after another groomer made her look like a poodle and his skills made a world of difference in how she looks!

Love Phillip the owner. Started going to him when he was downtown. His front desk lady is very rude. Sad that this is the way it is. Because the owner is very sweet natured. She needs to go in my opinion
