A few years ago I needed a Groomer and all I got was a recording and never found a Groomer for my Baby. She has since past away sadly and I was upset that no one would make her last year of life comfortable and pretty and I did leave a bad review but since then I now have a very active grand dog and was having the hardest time finding someone to groom her because of her size and how she needed to be groomed but this place did not hesitate at all and set up an appointment right away and when she got there made her feel as welcome as possible. Seeing how friendly she was they let her play with the other dogs waiting to be groomed and never looked back to see if me or my son was even still there. And then at pickup she looked amazing. She did have a few nicks but that is bec she is so active that we would have been surprised if there wasn't any. Her fur was so matted that even if we tried brushing her everyday it wad never enough. Now she is comfortable and she feels free to run and play like the puppy she is. Thank you before being there for our sweet baby, Petra. I showed a before and after because I am so amazed
Took Dog for his first Grooming session yesterday and they did great, Lauren was the one who saw him and she was kind to Dog and Dog loved her, he didn’t even want to leave! The cut was amazing as well and he still smells good today 😊
Lauren and Kayla are the BEST at taking care if Thor’s nail trims. They are so gentle and kind and give such love while doing something that would normally be stressful. So thankful for them! I HIGHLY recommend this place for your fur babies!!
Me and my puppy Angel love Lauren. Angel gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. She's so sweet ,friendly, and does a great job grooming her . I highly recommend her 🐾
Amazing job done on my pup! He smells and looks amazing! Staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable, they really made me feel like was pup was in great care and trustworthy people! 100% will be back and would recommend to anyone! Super super sweet and amazing place!
