The Bubble Room

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the exceptional service provided by Tracie at The Bubble Room. She is truly heads and tails above any other groomer I’ve used in the past two years. From start to finish, she exceeded my expectations and did everything she was supposed to do. My furry friend looks absolutely stunning. Tracie’s expertise and genuine love for animals shines through in every aspect of her work. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch grooming services for their beloved pets

First time going to the Bubble Room for Crue and immediately she wanted Tracie (owner/ groomer) to pick her up and hold her and Tracie did and I knew immediately Crue was in great hands. Tracie explained her process for a total groom and was very attentive to what I wanted her to do. Tracie said she will be ready in an hour. I went to a nearby shopping center to do a little shopping and 35 minutes later I received a text that my Crue baby was done. I arrived back at the Bubble Room and I immediately noticed Tracie had done exactly what I asked for and more. Crue looked fantastic and smelled great. Before I left I made Crue’s next appointment with Tracie. If you are new to the area or are apprehensive about what groomer you should choose for your pet give the Bubble Room a visit you will not be disappointed.

Tracie was so gentle and patient with my kiwi and was so friendly with my family 100/10 experience! Kiwi had such a wonderful time , smelled SO GOOD, and looked so cute! Tracie used high quality products, customers for life!

I recently had a visit and was disappointed with the results of the grooming. I have gone to her once before & asked for a summer cut body with a teddy bear face. This time I asked for the same thing, just for a bit shorter scissoring on the face. About an hour later I received a text message saying there was 10 minutes until she was finished, as I arrive at her salon I walk in the room to see that my dog is completely shaven. There may have been a miscommunication or she may have been having a rough day. I did mention how it was shorter than I liked, but saw no use in flipping out or anything. She said there wasn’t a blade in between for what I asked, but I asked for a teddy bear cut around the face which normally uses the scissoring technique and not the use of a blade. At the end of the day, it is fur and will grow back, I was just disappointed with my experience here.

I was able to get same day appointment. She offered boarding as well for my upcoming vacation. Destiney looked and smelled wonderful. I am super impressed and definitely recommend!
